The Design Approach
The hotel is planned as a vertically integrated hospitality experience, with a strong emphasis on spatial hierarchy, functionality, and user movement.
Public, semi-public, and private zones are carefully layered to enhance guest experience while maintaining back-of-house efficiency. The inclusion of recreational and wellness amenities adds value to the overall hospitality offering.
The hotel is planned to combine efficient operations with a refined guest experience through well-structured public, service, and accommodation spaces. The lower levels support parking and backend functions, while the ground floor features a grand double-height lobby and banquet facilities for events and gatherings. Upper floors accommodate 119 guest rooms with efficient circulation and integrated support spaces to ensure guest comfort and privacy. Wellness amenities including a spa, gymnasium, bar, lounge, and landscaped terrace spaces further enhance the overall hospitality experience.
Architectural Features
The design emphasizes clear zoning between guest and service circulation, ensuring smooth operations while maintaining privacy and comfort for visitors. Double-height volumes are incorporated to enhance the spatial experience, creating a sense of openness and grandeur within key public areas. Landscape elements are thoughtfully integrated within the built form through terrace gardens and intermediate green pockets, softening the architectural mass while improving environmental quality. The overall planning is guided by established hospitality standards, ensuring efficiency, functionality, and a comfortable experience for guests.
