Who we are
This website, and the brand sites on gridwise.earthana.in, ras.earthana.in, terrasync.earthana.in and edge.earthana.in, are operated by Earthana(“Earthana”, “we”). Gridwise, Rudra Architecture Studio (RAS), Terrasync and Edge are brands of Earthana. Enquiries made on any of these sites are received and handled by Earthana.
What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email, phone, company, what you are interested in and your message. We also record which brand site and page you used and, if you accepted cookies, the campaign (for example UTM tags) that brought you to us, so we can route and answer your enquiry.
- Career applications: the details you enter and the résumé you upload, used only to assess your application.
- Analytics (only if you accept cookies): Google Analytics 4 records pages viewed, device and approximate location, with IP addresses anonymised.
Cookies
- earthana-cookie-consent — remembers your choice for 12 months, across earthana.in and its brand subdomains.
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics) and earthana_attr(campaign source, 30 days) — set only after you click “Accept”. If you decline, they are not set and analytics does not load.
- A sign-in cookie is used for authorised Earthana staff on the admin area only.
How we use it
To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals, to assess job applications, to understand which pages and campaigns are useful, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data.
Who else handles it
Enquiry-form submissions are stored in Earthana’s enquiry spreadsheet hosted by Google, and analytics is provided by Google Analytics. Our website is hosted on infrastructure managed by Earthana. We share data with others only where the law requires it or to deliver the service you asked for.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for analytics at any time (clear the consent cookie, or write to us). Write to info@earthana.in and we will respond within a reasonable time, in line with applicable Indian data-protection law.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
